FLIGHTWARD
FLIGHTWARD WORKSPACE · RECOMMENDED PLAN

The operating system for your flight operation.
Not just maintenance software.

FLIGHTWARD Workspace brings maintenance, operations and coordination together so pilots, the workshop, inventory, administration and management all work from the same context. And on the same base: flight school, drones, analytics and academy included as modules.

FLIGHTDUE DATETASKEVIDENCE

Product

From the hangar to management, without changing tools

Modules built for a real flight operation, not to decorate a roadmap.

Inventory and traceability

Batch, expiry date, Form One and location per item. The core of the product, included in the base price.

Maintenance programme and due dates

Traffic-light status per aircraft, calculated in real time from flights, components and documents.

AD/SB with automatic monitoring

Monitoring the EASA feed: an alert as soon as a directive applies to a type in your fleet, with the record already drafted.

Owner portal

Read-only access for the aircraft owner: status, due dates and flights.

Field mode (PWA)

Installable on mobile: stock, flight logs and defects from the hangar or the ramp.

Techlog and paperwork OCR

Photograph the flight log or delivery note and the fields arrive already filled in, ready to validate.

Audit score (ARC)

Readiness per aircraft as a percentage, with the exact list of what's missing.

Dual life counters

RIN cycles, external load and over-torque for helicopters; TBO by hours and calendar for engine and propeller on airplanes.

Operational calendar

Due dates, scheduled flights, workshop bookings, audits and team events in month, week and agenda views.

Daily workshop work

Day sheet, tasks with an owner, my pending items, signable cards, and real workload against team capacity.

Traceable team

Board, conversations, groups and attachments linked to the operation: less lost WhatsApp, more auditable context.

Multi-base operations

Bases, shifts, presence and an indicative FTL alert to coordinate an operation too big for a single whiteboard.

Modules

Four modules on the same database

On login, you choose where to work. They're not four programs to keep in sync: they share aircraft, hours and calendar, so the school's schedule already knows which revision is due on that aircraft. Workshop is the core; School, Drones and Academy are included and switch on only if the organisation needs them.

Shared core One single database aircraft · flight hours · calendar · people · documents
Core

Workshop

Airworthiness, maintenance, inventory and purchasing for operators, workshops and public fleets.

  • Due dates by hours, cycles and calendar
  • AD/SB with automatic EASA monitoring
  • Batch inventory, with certificate and expiry date
  • Work orders, sign-off and ARC preparation
Included

Flight school

For declared organisations (DTO) and approved schools (ATO): instruction, on the same aircraft.

  • Students with a file and calculated progress
  • Courses with syllabus and programme minimums
  • Instruction log and instructors with their qualifications
  • Schedule that warns of a due date before booking
Included

Drones

Unmanned aircraft with the records required by EU regulation, without shared folders.

  • Flights with a designated pilot and occurrences
  • Batteries tracked by charge cycles
  • Maintenance per the manufacturer's manual
  • Pilots, qualifications and authorisations up to date
Included

Academy

Training on FLIGHTWARD itself, with access separate from daily work and at no extra cost.

  • Ten role-based tracks and 49 topics
  • Step by step, with real screenshots of the application
  • Certificate per track
  • Training accounts never touch the operation

How it works

From spreadsheet to live operation on day one

01

Organise it without starting from zero

Import your inventory and components, or start from templates by aircraft type. For complex records, FLIGHTWARD offers assisted onboarding.

02

Turn data into decisions

Flights, components, AD/SB, stock and qualifications feed a calculated fleet status, not a manual note.

03

Coordinate today's work

Calendar, day sheet, tasks, messages and workshop load connect pilots, mechanics, inventory and management.

04

Prove compliance

ARC score, reports, forms and a complete trail to prepare for an audit with evidence, not last-minute searches.

Engineering

Built on a system that already flies

FLIGHTWARD wasn't born from a slide deck: it grew out of a real aviation warehouse in production. Here's what's underneath.

In productionIts inventory engine has managed ~3,400 items daily for a helicopter fleet since March 2026.
+1500 testsAutomated suite covering permissions, isolation, operation and critical rules before every release.
Real isolationNative PostgreSQL Row-Level Security on every table holding customer data: your data never crosses paths with anyone else's.
No lock-inFull export of your data in 1 click, whenever you want. It's yours.

One single source of truth

Less chasing information. More deciding on time.

The advantage isn't another dashboard: it's that every decision starts from the data your operation already generates.

5 COUNTERS
HoursCyclesCalendar RINExternal load
5 life counters per component
Hours, cycles and calendar — anyone can track those. RIN and external-load cycles are helicopter-specific, and here they come standard: the engine calculates all five and reports the worst one, not the first it finds.
WorkshopSchool DronesAcademy
Four modules, one single database
Workshop, School, Drones and Academy share aircraft, hours and calendar. That's why the school's schedule already knows which revision is due on that aircraft: there are no two systems to keep in sync.
Session and permissions ORM guard RLS in PostgreSQL
+1500 passing tests and 3 layers of isolation
No release ships without passing more than fifteen hundred automated tests. Your data sits behind three independent barriers: permissions, a guard in the code, and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.
Where these numbers come from: the five counters and the three layers are what's actually implemented in FLIGHTWARD; the tests are the ones that run before every release (1,610 functions, 1,865 cases with pytest on 31/08/2026); the four modules are the ones in the entry selector. These aren't industry estimates or customer results: they're about the product, and you can check them in a demo.

Security

Real encryption. Our own infrastructure. Not a single byte leaves Europe.

No third-party AI, no storage in someone else's cloud, no analytics reviving your data somewhere else. The code is ours, the servers are ours, and they're in the European Union. This is what's actually underneath, not a brochure promise.

AES-256-GCMEnvelope encryption: every document gets its own key, itself wrapped by a master key that rotates with no downtime and no manual migration.
3 layers of isolationSession permissions, a guard in the code, and native PostgreSQL Row-Level Security on every one of the 134 tables holding customer data.
Encrypted, tested backupsDaily encrypted backup, in two locations. It's not just created: it has been genuinely restored, start to finish, against a real database.
HTTPS on every connectionCertificate renewed automatically. Nothing ever travels unencrypted between your browser and the server.
Our own infrastructureNo external AI, no storage in someone else's cloud, no third-party analytics. What runs on our servers is our code, and nothing else.
100% in the European UnionServers hosted in the EU, subject to GDPR from the very first byte. Your data never crosses the Atlantic.
Two-factor verificationApp-based TOTP second factor, built by us and independent of any third party: the same own-infrastructure principle, applied to login too.
Hardened against brute forceFailed login attempts are capped with a cooldown window; a successful one resets it. Without this, anyone could try passwords without limit.

Frequently asked questions

What an operator usually asks before deciding

Is it secure? Is my data isolated from other customers'?
Yes. FLIGHTWARD is multi-tenant with application-level isolation and, on top of that, native PostgreSQL Row-Level Security as an extra layer, with a policy on every table holding customer data (134 as of today). Backups are encrypted and tested end to end, including restoring against a real database. More detail in the Security section.
How much does it cost?
Workspace is priced per aircraft, per month, with every module included. The fee depends on the type of organisation, so we send it in writing after a twenty-minute conversation where we look at your fleet. Managed CAMO is quoted separately, based on scope.
Do flight school and drones cost extra?
No. All four modules are included in Workspace: workshop, flight school, drones and Academy. They switch on over your same data — the same aircraft, the same hours, the same calendar — without duplicating anything and at no extra cost. If you don't run a school or drones, those doors simply stay switched off.
Do I have to drop my spreadsheet overnight?
No. You can import your current inventory and components with assistance, or start straight away with templates by aircraft type. The idea is to operate from day one, not migrate for weeks.
Does it work for both airplanes and helicopters?
Yes, out of the box. Every aircraft has its own life counters (RIN and external load for helicopters, TBO by hours and calendar for airplane engine and propeller) and its corresponding regulatory regime (Part-M or Part-ML).
Does it comply with EASA?
FLIGHTWARD is built on Part-M/Part-ML, automatically monitors EASA's public AD/SB feed, and calculates an audit-readiness score (ARC-readiness) showing exactly what's missing.
What happens if I want to stop using FLIGHTWARD?
You can export all of your data in 1 click at any time. No lock-in: your data is yours, always.
Does it work without signal in the hangar?
Field mode is an installable PWA: it puts hangar and ramp functions on your phone. To log data that affects airworthiness, the user must confirm they have connectivity and that the record has been received correctly.
How long does it take to get started?
You can start with templates by aircraft type (AS350, EC135, Bell 407, R44 and airplane) or import an already-organised database. If your history needs cleaning up, we offer assisted onboarding before you start.
